Who needs toys when you have a dishwasher box??
So, Darren is rolling everywhere now. It happened overnight, by about New Years' Day. (in the video, I had just cleaned the carpets, which is why there is no furniture...lots of space to play!!). Now he's rolling even more. And he got his first tooth last week, and the second is coming up today. Lots of fun. He's generally pretty happy, though.
Evan is still talking non-stop. We had friends coming over last night. He said to me, "I'm going to say to them 'Not bad - how are you?' " He thinks that's how you ask someone how they are. So he asked them over and over.
We were reading a story about dinosaurs. Each page talked about a different part of the dinosaur (his head, his tail, his scales). We got to the last page which talked about his horn. Evan said, "Beep his horn??"
Eric had some training on Saturday, so we drove him there. Evan wanted to see Daddy drive the training. Then he wanted to ride the training with Daddy.
We picked Uncle Dave up from the airport on Saturday (sorry, no pictures). All week, Evan drove his trucks and cars to Korea to see Uncle Dave. He asked me where Uncle Dave keeps his plane. At the airport, Evan loved the escalators and the wide open space for running around. It was too dark to see the planes, but he had a great time. And he was thrilled to see his Uncle Dave! Welcome back, Dave!

Great to have you back! The boys are growing much too fast. Did Daddy drive his training to see Uncle Dave's plane? Can't wait to see you all on Saturday.
