He Laughs!
Isaac is always fairly quick to smile, but laughing is another matter. Evan has been able to get him to laugh, but for us, it's usually a small giggle, and that's all. I had him on my lap and was doing zerberts on his feet, and this seemed to work. It still sounds like he's just laughing to humour me!
