Day 26

Life is pretty quiet here. The nurses say they like having Isaac, because he is so easy. He sleeps, wakes, gets fed, and sleeps some more. He doesn't need anything adjusted, or need any help from the nurses throughout the day. He weighs 3lbs 2 oz now! That's one pound more than he weighed at his lowest, two weeks ago! He looks great. There is nothing new in terms of his care. The murmur is still there. His head ultrasound will be repeated in a few weeks, but there is no concern there. He is now getting fed 18cc every 2 hours (that's up from the 2ccs every 4 hours for the first week!). We are just putting in time until he is big enough/old enough to be transferred. Maybe in a week or two? We've had a few visitors in the last week, which is always nice. And Eric and I spent the day with our older boys on Saturday.

One last note: Happy anniversary tomorrow to my wonderful husband of 9 years! You are such a great father and husband, and we miss you so much! Hope you aren't too lonely out in Orono, and we hope to be with you soon!.

It's so wonderful to hear that he is growing so well, and that he is so content! God is good!
And congratulations to you and Eric on your 9th wedding anniversary! What a way to celebrate--so far away from eachother! Hopefully you will all be together soon!
